  • We primarily work with general contractors and small business owners. A lot of our projects involve partnering with contractors who need a dependable commercial glass company that can handle pricing, planning, and follow-through. We also help business owners who need storefront glass, window replacement, entry systems, or guidance on the best solution for their space and budget.

  • We serve clients within roughly a 150-mile radius of Pocatello, Idaho, and we are open to discussing projects outside that range depending on scope and fit. We have completed work in Idaho, Utah, Montana, and Oregon, with projects in places like Pocatello, Chubbuck, Rexburg, and Idaho Falls.

  • Yes. Aluminum storefront doors and windows are one of our core services. We work on both new construction and remodel projects, and we can help design a storefront system that fits your building, budget, and use case. We also provide in-house CAD drawings or elevation drawings so you can see exactly what is being ordered before materials are finalized.

When glass breaks, fast communication matters. Our goal is to help you understand your options quickly so you can keep your project or business moving.

  • We help coordinate automatic door and operator solutions through a trusted partner in Utah. If your project includes accessibility needs or higher-traffic entry systems, we can help you navigate the right next steps.

  • Yes. City Creek Glass Commercial is licensed and bonded. The business license information listed in the starter kit includes RCE-41520 and Public Works #025732-C-4. This helps give contractors and owners added confidence that they are working with an established commercial glass company.

  • Our typical commercial project size is around $50,000 to $100,000, and many projects fall in the 3 to 6 month timeline range. That said, every project is different. The timeline depends on scope, product selection, lead times, field conditions, and coordination with the rest of the job. We work hard to give realistic expectations up front so you can plan with confidence

  • Every job includes a 1-year labor warranty. Many of the products we install also include manufacturer warranties, such as a 10-year warranty on insulated glass and lifetime warranties on some hardware products. Warranty coverage can vary depending on the materials and system used, so we are happy to explain what applies to your specific project.

  • Yes. We do a lot of project budgeting for contractors before the project fully breaks ground. That early input can help your team make better decisions on system selection, scope, and budget expectations. If you are pricing work, planning a remodel, or trying to understand what is feasible before finalizing details, we can help.

  • No. While many of our commercial projects are substantial in size, we also enjoy helping on remodels and smaller business projects, especially when an owner needs guidance on what will work best for their space. Some of our favorite projects are the ones where we help a business owner narrow down options, stay within budget, and end up with a finished product that looks right and performs well.

  • Email is the best first step. Most clients need to send plans, specs, or project details so we can price the work accurately and start reviewing any questions or concerns. If you are a general contractor, developer, or business owner planning a commercial glass project, send over your plans and we will take a look.
